Booking & cancellation

How booking works

When you request to book, your card is authorised for the full amount but not charged.

We charge it only if we accept your request. If we decline, or do not reply in time, the authorisation is released automatically.

House rules

• No parties or events, including stag and hen parties.
• No smoking.

Guest registration

Spanish law requires us to register every guest with the authorities (SES Hospedajes) before or on arrival.

After we confirm your booking we will ask you for the identity details of each guest.
