The apartment is all on one level and combines comfort with practicality. The bright living area brings together the open kitchen, the lounge and the dining area.
The main bedroom has a 1.80 m queen-size bed, a dressing area, a workspace and French doors onto the interior patio. The second bedroom has a 1.40 m double bed, a wardrobe, a cot and French doors onto the patio. The full bathroom has a large walk-in shower, with a handy laundry area and washing machine.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender, toaster, juicer and sandwich maker.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with several speeds, cooling and heating modes and dimmable lighting. There is a 40-inch Full HD Smart TV and 300 Mb fibre Wi-Fi, fast enough for streaming or working from here.

The area
The apartment is on the Taliarte seafront promenade, a very quiet residential area with everything you need close by. Within a few metres there are restaurants serving fresh fish and Mediterranean food, supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy and ice-cream parlours.
A long seafront path is perfect for walking, cycling or a morning run, and the beach is 20 metres from the door. Free street parking is a few minutes away on foot and usually easy to find. The airport is 15 minutes by car and Las Palmas 20.

- Smoking is not allowed on the patio or the terrace either. The smoke detectors alert us if they detect smoke.
- Please bring in the terrace bench cushions at night and whenever you go out, lock the terrace door and lower the front blinds when you leave.

The house is beautiful, cosy and spacious. Just like the photos. Everything is clean, and I'd like to highlight how well equipped it is.

Luis is very friendly, even though we only communicated via messages. The flat is as described, very close to the sea, and there is a very good restaurant. Unfortunately, we arrived during the storm, so we were limited in our exploration of the island; if we were to come back, we would choose the same apartment.

The apartment is neat and spacious enough. Although it is located on the boulevard, there is little nuisance from passers-by.

Luis has a modern accommodation with great views and close to the beach, which is perfect for 4 people. Thanks to the open kitchen, cooking is very sociable. There is a very well-functioning air conditioning system and in the courtyard you can dry laundry and swimwear. If we go on holiday to Gran Canaria again, we will definitely book the accommodation again.

Beautiful, modern, clean and spacious apartment - super comfortable, large bed. The A/C and ceiling fans are of a high quality. Extremely well located near restaurants, beach and supermarket. We particularly loved the area as there are so few international tourists. The coastal walk was a highlight for us which you can reach right in front of the apartment. The restaurants are very close and the beach is beautiful and not crowded.
